How do I make a purchase?

Browse through our shop section. Once you have found an item, click on the 'Add to Cart’ button below each item. Review your selection by clicking the bag icon at the top right of the page and selecting ‘View Cart’. You can use the 'Remove Item' link to delete items from your shopping bag. If you wish to continue browsing, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button. To complete your order, click on the 'Proceed to Check Out' button.

What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?

We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

  • Cash on delivery (COD) 
  • Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
  • Net Banking: all major banks.
  • Debit Cards: all major banks.

Bank transfers are accepted upon special request.

If you are not able to make a payment via the above-listed methods, please get in touch with us on WhatsApp at +91 9810005666, and we will send you options to pay.

When will I get my order?

We process your orders within 24 hours and ship them via our trusted logistic partners. Any order placed shall be delivered to you within 10–12 business days. Allow us 14–16 days on customization orders.

What are the delivery charges for domestic and international orders?

  • We offer free shipping for all our domestic orders.
  • For international orders, we charge approximately $48–$50.

Who will deliver my order?

Within India, we ship through registered courier companies, Delhivery and Bluedart. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us.
Please provide a mobile number that you are available at and your complete shipping address, including the pin code. This will help us ensure the smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package.

Can I customize my outfit?

Yes, we offer customization. We can discuss customization over a telephonic conversation, email, or What’s App on +91 9810005666 or ruchikamallikalabel@gmail.com. Allow us 14–16 days to deliver customization pieces.

No exchange, no return on customized pieces.

Can I choose my own color for the outfit?

We have provided an array of colors matching our styles, embroidery, and cuts. Therefore, choosing a new color out of our color palette will not be possible.

Can I select my own choice of embroidery mixed with different silhouette?

Yes. You can mix and match our embroidery with our silhouettes.

Can I refund a garment?

At Ruchika and Mallika Pret Wear, we aim to deliver high-quality products that we hope you love. But, just in case you’re unhappy with your purchase, we can help with an exchange of sizes within 5 days of delivery of your product. No refunds.

How can I exchange a garment?

We do not offer any exchanges. We only offer size exchanges once, within 5 days of delivery of your product.

What if the garment received is faulty or damaged?

If there is any quality issue that is brought to our attention within 48 hours, we will replace the piece or provide store credit, provided the piece meets our terms and conditions.

Do you make plus sizes?

Yes, we make for plus sizes on a made to order basis. It falls under customisation. We will happily assist you on what will look best on you. Feel free to contact us on +91 9810005666.
